4 Reasons Why The Elon Musk Worship Needs to End
From Tesla’s widespread tolerance towards racism to Elon’s promotion of toxic hustle culture
Over 4,000 Black employees have witnessed or been subjected to racism in Tesla’s Fremont factory.
The majority of us liked Elon Musk, until we didn’t. From the cruel treatment of his employees to his horrible political views to his pompous, dismissive persona. Musk simply doesn’t deserve the respect and praise he receives.
Treatment of Workers:
Everyone knows Musk is micro-managing jerk, but many don’t know the extent. He has been known to regularly work his employees for 10 to 12 hour a day, 6 or 7 days a week, oftentimes going months without days off.
The racism is absolutely rampant in Tesla factories. Black workers are typically tasked with the most laborious jobs, racial slurs are hurled around rather frequently, and the human resources department has allegedly dismissed dozens of complaints of discrimination over the years.
