How the network received one Emmy nomination in its 25 year history, yet bags virtually every time slot in cable news ratings

Imagine that you have suffered a serious life threatening injury, and you are riding in the ambulance. The EMT tells you that there are two hospitals within equal distance, both are covered by your insurance, and charge the exact same amount for the surgery you need: one hospital is almost entirely comprised of Ivy League educated physicians and is consistently ranked as one of the best healthcare facilities in your state each year; the other hospital has never received any accolades, has been embroiled in multiple scandals over the decades, and most of their doctors come from the local state college, which has a 75 percent acceptance rate. You would think this should be a no-brainer, but thousands of Americans are actually spending their own money on horse deworming medication instead of taking a free, FDA approved Coronavirus vaccination. This is because tens of millions of Americans, when given the chance, actively choose disreputable fake news over honest journalism, and for this reason, it is to no one’s surprise, Fox News absolutely dominates in cable ratings.

I want to compare the education of some of the key players on the three most recognizable new channels, and I am by no means saying…
